Circut City’s DVIX

“Juicero [was] a company that made a $699 juicer requiring Wi-Fi, an app, and QR-coded produce packs that had to be scanned and verified before juicing. Journalists found that the packs were easily squeezeable by hand, yielding the same results as the juicer. The company shut down shortly after.”

McDonald’s short-lived mozzarella sticks not only enraged customers but also launched an entire lawsuit, with one California man claiming the snack was “adulterated” and “misbranded."“The sticks are filled with a substance that is composed of starch, in violation of the federal standards of identity for ‘mozzarella’ cheese, and contrary to reasonable consumers’ expectations regarding the meaning of the term ‘mozzarella,’” read the suit.
